Transplant Centers

Alexa was so moved by the thought of providing ‘bells of hope’ to transplant centers and also providing awareness of the need for organ donation, that she decided to expand Project Bell to include transplant programs!

In 2022, this was achieved by donating two bells to the Dell Seton Medical Center at UT Austin, a ‘solid organ transplant program’- one for the transplant donor to ring and the other for the transplant recipient to ring.

We now work with multiple transplant centers and provide bells to transplant centers that want them. 

Additionally, we have been honored to attend several bell dedication ceremonies where we met inspiring organ recipients, organ donors, and the wonderful team that helps make this happen.

Our goal is not only to provide bells to any transplant center that wants them, but also to help raise awareness of the need for organ donation.
